Job summary

Accenture Song seeks an AI Solution Architect to design and deliver customer-focused data and AI solutions, spanning GenAI and agentic AI systems. You will shape target architecture, own workstreams and guide engineers and data scientists from design to live service and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to translate ideas into production-ready solutions, ensuring security, scalability and measurable business value across customer journeys.

Qualifications

• GenAI and LLM production deployment experience.
• Customer growth, personalisation, marketing, commerce, sales or service domain experience.
• Understanding of ML, LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agentic systems.
• Software engineering and cloud foundations with production-grade delivery.
• Enterprise data integration, modelling, governance and security.
• Technical leadership within a delivery team and ownership of design decisions.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Responsible AI, privacy, governance and regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to mentor junior engineers and share knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design AI architectures for customer-focused solutions across lifecycle.
• Provide technical direction to engineers and data scientists.
• Design AI applications integrating ML, generative AI and agentic AI with enterprise systems.
• Make architectural decisions on technology choices, patterns, security and governance.
• Contribute to build-versus-buy analyses and documentation of decisions.
• Ensure solutions meet security, privacy and regulatory requirements.
• Apply and improve technical standards across the team.
• Explain complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Assist in solution approaches, proposals and roadmaps for AI opportunities.
