Qualifications

• Experience translating business needs into robust data solutions with ownership of data strategy, architecture, and engineering.
• Expertise in generative AI, LLM-based solutions, data science, and machine learning methods.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalable model deployment.
• Experience assessing AI proposals for feasibility, stack compatibility, and build-vs-buy decisions.
• Strong communication to guide senior client leadership and internal teams; mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape customer and marketing experiences using generative AI solutions.
• Build data platforms, products, and capabilities that empower clients and colleagues.
• Set and implement the strategic vision for the data ecosystem, including data science and engineering.
• Assess generative AI proposals for client needs, feasibility, and stack compatibility.
• Collaborate with digital teams, senior architects, and stakeholders to design AI solutions.
• Drive production deployment and deliver measurable business value.
• Design reusable assets, solutions, and best practices for future problems.
• Consult on complex analyses and advanced ML methods.
• Shape AI strategy and oversee delivery of LLM-based solutions.
• Architect early-stage AI initiatives and direct PoC/prototype development.
• Act as SME on generative AI and guide cross-functional teams.
• Execute deployment strategies and provide guidance on containerization and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cloud vendors to embed Responsible AI principles.
• Evaluate AI solutions across teams and identify technical risks.
• Advocate for cutting-edge data technologies and automated data integration.
• Communicate insights and provide strategic guidance to senior leadership and internal teams.
