Job summary

Accenture in the UK is seeking an AI Solution Architect (Customer) to design and deliver data and AI solutions across the customer lifecycle, from RAG-enabled retrieval to agentic workflows, in collaboration with engineers, data scientists and product owners.

You will shape target architecture, own workstreams, ensure security and scalability, and explain technical concepts in business terms to stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

• Production GenAI experience and production deployment
• Experience applying AI to customer growth, marketing, commerce, and service
• Strong knowledge of enterprise AI architecture and patterns
• Hands-on software engineering, data architecture and cloud delivery
• Experience leading engineers, data scientists or AI specialists
• Ability to explain design choices to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with Responsible AI, governance and security considerations
• Mentoring and sharing knowledge within the team

Responsibilities

• Design architectures for AI, GenAI and analytics across the customer lifecycle.
• Own defined components or workstreams and ensure scalability and security.
• Build AI applications and platform components integrating with enterprise systems.
• Make architectural decisions on tech choices, patterns, security and governance.
• Provide technical direction to small delivery teams from concept to production.
• Ensure solutions meet Responsible AI, privacy and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and data scientists.
• Explain concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Support business development with solution approaches and roadmaps.
