Job summary

EY in the United Kingdom is seeking a Manager, AI Architect specializing in GenAI to lead the design and delivery of GenAI solutions for our clients. This is a hands-on delivery and technical management role, owning architecture and leading a small delivery team to production.

You will collaborate with client teams, translate complex GenAI concepts for technical and business audiences, and drive delivery quality, timelines, and outcomes across your workstream.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on delivery of enterprise GenAI initiatives and production-grade systems.
• Experience with LLMs and orchestration frameworks; practical RAG design.
• Proficiency with cloud GenAI platforms and LLMOps tooling.
• Strong communication of complex GenAI concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and delivery of a GenAI solution area or workstream.
• Lead a small cross-functional delivery team through the lifecycle.
• Ensure scalable, secure, and cost-aware production solutions.
• Manage delivery execution, risks, dependencies, quality checks, blockers.
• Apply standards, accelerators, and governance to improve speed and quality.
