Job summary

Accenture Song in the UK seeks an AI Delivery Tech Lead to craft and scale enterprise AI experiences across CCaaS and agentic platforms. You will architect production-grade AI solutions, prototype to production, and guide delivery with senior client teams.

Based in London or other major UK hubs, you will lead hands-on engineering, contribute to RAG pipelines and eval frameworks, and mentor engineers while embedding GenAI and governance into client journeys.

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on engineering with AI systems in enterprise or production.
• Experience with RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems or LLM products.
• Hands-on cloud AI platform experience (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Responsibilities

• Architect and build agentic experiences to production.
• Advise on AI architectures and platform selection.
• Deliver scalable, compliant AI solutions for clients.
