You will greet visitors, assist clients, and prepare clear handover and incident reports. BS7858 screening, UK work rights, and a valid driving licence are required, with travel to regional sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security gatehouse duties and control site access
• Perform physical security patrols on foot
• Conduct crime prevention activities and vehicle searches
• Carry out road safety duties and respond to alarms
• Investigate intruder alarms and access control activations
• Provide a visible, professional security presence on client premises
• Assist visitors and direct members of the public
• Complete handover and incident reports during shift changes
• Ensure safety and security of buildings/assets per Site Instructions
• Support conflict resolution at client premises
• Weighbridge duties where applicable
• Utilise IT and customer service interfaces effectively
