Job summary

ManpowerGroup UK is seeking a professional Security Guard to join a highly secure site in Bordon, Hampshire. You will be the first line of defence, conducting site patrols, CCTV monitoring, and access control to safeguard critical facilities.

The role requires a full UK manual driving licence, SC clearance eligibility, and a 43-hour week (2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off). It is a permanent contract with a competitive package and career progression.

• Record incidents and maintain documentation.

Security Clearance Requirements

This position requires successful completion of:

• Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance
• Security Check (SC) clearance
