Job summary

Coinford Holdings Ltd in Sittingbourne is seeking a reliable Gateman to control site access and support site security on a busy project. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, contractors and deliveries, maintaining a safe and orderly entry at all times.

You will handle gate operations, verify IDs, coordinate with suppliers and assist with material control, emergencies, and traffic marshalling.

Qualifications

• CSCS-affiliated card with relevant site security experience
• Reliable, punctual and professional manner
• Right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Control entry/exit, check IDs and verify credentials
• Ensure only authorised personnel and vehicles access site
• Operate gates/barriers to regulate vehicle/plant flow
• Welcome visitors, contractors and deliveries professionally
• Assist with material control and coordinates with suppliers
• Support emergencies including directing responders and evacuation
• Traffic marshalling duties as required
• Maintain gate area cleanliness and organisation
