Job summary

Pall-Ex in Watford is seeking a Co-Ordinator (Gatehouse) to support transport and hub operations, report KPI data to the Management Team, and assist with procurement administration. This permanent role runs Monday to Friday, 20:00–04:30, and starts at £32,217.41 per year.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail, especially with regard to Health and Safety practices.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.

Responsibilities

• Report KPI data to the Management Team.
• Support Transport and Hub Operations.
• Support with procurement for the departments.
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations.
• Complete administration duties.
• Report discrepancies to the Line Manager.
• Maintain customer relations through regular communication.
• Promote collaboration and cross-functional teamwork.
