Job summary

Culina Group’s Great Bear site in Sherburn-in-Elmet is hiring a Gatehouse and Despatch Clerk on a full-time permanent basis. You will ingate/outgate vehicles, manage inbound and outbound loads, and ensure paperwork is accurate for secure despatch.

Working hours are 2pm–10pm, any 5 in 7 days. Salary is £25,740 per annum, with a benefits package to support development within a collaborative logistics environment.

• Ability to work to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ingate and outgate vehicles on site.
• Receipt and despatch of loads in a timely and secure manner.
• Liaise with Operations Controllers to allocate bays.
• Check and seal vehicles and ensure correct paperwork.
• Complete inbound/outbound paperwork accurately.
• Book deliveries using inbound schedule.
• Use CCTV to maintain site security.
• Assist with security checks on site.
