Job summary

Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is recruiting for a Gatehouse Administrator at the Harworth site on a full-time permanent basis. The role manages the movement of customer products within the warehouse, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction with high attention to detail.

Working 4 on 4 off nights from 6pm to 6am, you will pre-advise inbound loads, pre-allocate loads, and maintain accurate scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehousing operations and process flows.
• Previous Goods In/Out, stock control or inventory experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service background and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support warehouse operatives as needed.
• Maintain communication with the Shift Manager and escalate issues promptly.
• Pre-allocate loads and input pre-advises for customer inbounds.
• Compile and send reports as required.
• Run orders in line with instruction and scheduled dispatch times.
• Move staff across areas to maintain workflow.
• Update Electronic Schedule and Auto-store for accurate activity records.
• Investigate stock shortages on picks and monitor replenishments.
