Culinagroup1 is seeking a Gatehouse Administrator in the United Kingdom to join our Contract division on a full-time permanent basis. The role involves processing the movement of customer products within the warehouse and across the network, with a focus on operational excellence and high attention to detail.

The position offers a 4 on 4 off night schedule (6pm–6am) and a salary of £27,206 per year, plus a £2,000 night allowance.

Qualifications

• Proficient in WMS and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a warehouse/3PL environment preferred.
• Experience with Goods In/Out, stock control or inventory.
• Strong customer service background.

Responsibilities

• Handle movement of customer products in warehouse and network.
• Support warehouse operatives and liaise with Shift Manager.
• Pre-allocate loads and input pre-advises for inbounds.
• Compile and send reports as required.
• Run orders according to instruction and scheduled dispatch times.
• Move staff between areas to maintain workflow.
• Select loading/un-loading bays based on requirements.
• Update the Electronic Schedule and Auto-store to reflect activities.
• Investigate stock shortages and monitor replenishments.
• Allocate equipment as needed.

As part of our, Contract division, we have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Gatehouse Administrator on a full time permanent basis.

Salary: £27,206 per annum, plus £2,000 night allowance.

Working hours: 4 on 4 off nights, 6pm-6am.

The Gatehouse Administrator is responsible for accurately processing the movement of all of our customer products within the warehouse and around the wider network. As a Gatehouse Administrator you are pivotal in order to deliver operational excellence and customer satisfaction with a high level of attention to detail.

Key Duties of a Gatehouse Administrator:

• To assist and support the warehouse operatives when required.
• Maintain good communication with the Shift Manager and confident to escape issues in a timely manner.
• Pre-allocate loads and input pre-advises for customer inbounds.
• Compile and send reports as required.
• Run orders in line with instruction and scheduled dispatch times.
• Movement of staff across work areas to maintain correct flow of activities.
• Selecting Loading / Un-loading Bay based on current operational requirements.
• Updating the Electronic Schedule and Auto-store to maintain an accurate representation of activities taking place on site.
• Carryout stock shortage investigations on picks and monitor replenishments.
• Control equipment allocation.

What you'll need ...

• Proficient in the use of WMS and Microsoft Excel.
• Great communication skills both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work within a warehouse environment dealing with products in and out bound and returns when required.
• Ideally you will have experience within a Warehousing/Transport/Logistics/3PL background.
• Previous Goods In/Out, Stock Control or Inventory experience.
• Have a strong Customer Service background.
