Culina is recruiting a Gatehouse Administrator to join our Contract Logistics team in Worksop. This full-time role operates on a 4-on/4-off night shift from 6pm to 6am, with a base salary of £27,206 plus £2,000 night allowance.

You’ll ensure accurate movement of customer products and support warehouse operations to deliver excellence. Key duties include pre-allocating loads, updating schedules, producing reports, and safeguarding stock control.

Qualificações

• Proficient in the use of WMS and Microsoft Excel.
• Great communication skills both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work within a warehouse environment dealing with products in and out bound and returns when required.
• Ideally you will have experience within a Warehousing/Transport/Logistics/3PL background.
• Previous Goods In/Out, Stock Control or Inventory experience.
• Have a strong Customer Service background.

• Selecting Loading / Un-loading Bay based on current operational requirements.
• Updating the Electronic Schedule and Auto-store to maintain an accurate representation of activities taking place on site.
• Carryout stock shortage investigations on picks and monitor replenishments.
• Control equipment allocation.

Life in this role

As part of our, Contract division, we have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Gatehouse Administrator on a full time permanent basis.

Salary:£27,206 per annum, plus £2,000 night allowance.

Working hours:4 on 4 off nights, 6pm-6am.

The Gatehouse Administrator is responsible for accurately processing the movement of all of our customer products within the warehouse and around the wider network. As a Gatehouse Administrator you are pivotal in order to deliver operational excellence and customer satisfaction with a high level of attention to detail.
