Example Recruitment Group is seeking a self-employed Domestic Gas Service Engineer to perform annual Landlord Gas Safety Registrations for a Local Council in Notting Hill.

Typical day delivers 10–12 completed LGSRs at £23.50 per job, with weekly payment and 70% parking paid plus congestion costs covered by the client. Immediate starts available; Gas Safe registration and ACS CKR1/HTR1 are required, along with own van.

Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established National Heating contractor operating within the Local Authority sector.

They require a self-employed Domestic Gas Service Engineer to carry out annual Landlord Gas Safety Registrations for a Local Council.

Parking 70% paid and congestion fully paid by the company

Contract details below:

• Work Type: Annual Landlord Gas Safety Registrations - pre-booked appointments via app
• Location: Notting Hill
• Working days: Monday to Friday 5 days per week
• Rates: £23.50 per completed LGSR (average 10-12 completed LGSR`s per day)
• Payment Terms: Weekly one week in hand

Requirements:

• Experience servicing boilers and gas appliances

• Gas Safe Registration
