Example Recruitment Group is hiring a self-employed Domestic Gas Service Engineer to perform annual Landlord Gas Safety Registrations for a Local Council in Notting Hill. You will work pre-booked appointments via app on a 5-day week basis, with weekly in-hand payments.

The role requires boiler and gas appliance service experience, ACS CKR1/HTR1, Gas Safe Registration, and access to a van. A calibrated flue gas analyser and public liability cover are expected.

Qualificações

Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established National Heating contractor operating within the Local Authority sector.

They require a self-employed Domestic Gas Service Engineer to carry out annual Landlord Gas Safety Registrations for a Local Council.

Parking 70% paid and congestion fully paid by the company

Contract details below:

• Work Type: Annual Landlord Gas Safety Registrations - pre-booked appointments via app
• Location: Notting Hill
• Working days: Monday to Friday 5 days per week
• Rates: £23.50 per completed LGSR (average 10-12 completed LGSR`s per day)
• Payment Terms: Weekly one week in hand

Requirements:

• Experience servicing boilers and gas appliances
• Domestic ACS qualifications including CKR1 and HTR1
• Gas Safe Registration
• Own van or car permitted
• Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser
• Public Liability Insurance - £2,000,000
