Job summary

Example Recruitment Group is seeking a Domestic Gas Service Engineer to join our Gateshead team on a contract without an end date. You will service domestic housing association properties, with pre-booked appointments and a high access rate, handling up to 50 LGSRs weekly on specified boilers.

The role requires ACS qualifications, Gas Safe registration, a clean Disclosures Scotland check, a full UK driving licence with a van, and a calibrated Flue Gas Analyser.

Qualifications

• Experience in servicing gas boilers and appliances.
• ACS qualifications CCN1 CKR1 HTR1 and CENWAT or CEN1 WAT1.
• Gas Safe registration in own right.
• Public liability insurance of £2,000,000.
• Full UK driving licence and van.
• Flue Gas Analyser (fully calibrated).
• Clean Disclosure Scotland.

Responsibilities

• Servicing within domestic housing association properties.
• All appointments pre-booked and managed.
• Very high access rate for installations and servicing.
• Handle up to 50 LGSRs per week on Vaillant Eco-Tech Pro and Worcester 30i boilers.
• Work in Gateshead only.

Example Recruitment Group have got an exciting opportunity for a Domestic Gas Service Engineer to join their team in Gateshead on a contract without an end date. Guaranteed work of 8-10 jobs per day doing LGSR`s at £25 per job.

The Role:

• Servicing within domestic housing association properties
• All appointments pre-booked
• Very high access rate
• Up to 50 LGSR`s per week on a regular basis on Vaillant Eco-Tech Pro and Worcester 30i boilers
• Contract without an end date
• 26/9 regulations checks of gas boilers and appliances
• Working in Gateshead only

Requirements:

• Experience in servicing gas boilers and appliances

• Gas Safe registration in your own right
• Public Liability Insurance - £2,000,000
