Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is recruiting for an experienced Gas Service & Breakdown Engineer to service, maintain and repair domestic heating systems across East Anglia, including NR, CO, CB and IP postcodes.

You will work independently in a field-based role, handling planned and reactive tasks and participating in an on-call rota. Company van and tools are provided, with 40 hours per week and 25 days holiday.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in domestic gas servicing and breakdowns.
• Current ACS and relevant domestic gas qualifications.
• Full UK driving licence and Water Regulations qualification.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair domestic heating systems.
• Diagnose faults and carry out first-time fixes.
• Complete safety checks, certification and documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service on every visit.
• Participate in on-call rota for emergency repairs.
• Manage vehicle stock, materials and equipment.
• Work safely and in line with Gas Safe procedures.
