Job summary

Service Service is seeking an experienced Gas Service & Breakdown Engineer to join a well-established team covering East Anglia. The role involves servicing, maintenance, fault finding and repairs on domestic heating systems across multiple properties.

You will work independently, manage your workload and provide a professional service to customers. The ideal candidate will hold ACS and relevant domestic gas qualifications, with CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, CPA1, HTR1, MET1, HWSS1 and CMDDA1, plus Water

Qualifications

• Proven domestic gas servicing experience and breakdowns.
• Current ACS and relevant domestic gas qualifications.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair domestic heating systems.
• Diagnose faults and perform first-time fixes.
• Complete safety checks, certification and documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service during every visit.
• Participate in on-call rota for emergency repairs.
• Manage vehicle stock, materials and equipment.
• Work safely in line with Gas Safe and company procedures.
