Job summary

Service Service is seeking an experienced Gas Service & Breakdown Engineer to cover multiple areas across East Anglia, including NR, CO, CB and IP postcodes. The role offers a £37,000 - £42,000 salary with a company van and tools provided.

You will service, maintain and repair domestic heating systems, diagnose faults and perform first-time fixes while ensuring safety checks and accurate documentation. Opportunities for training and career development are available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in domestic gas servicing and breakdowns.
• Current ACS and relevant domestic gas qualifications.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair domestic heating systems.
• Diagnose faults and carry out first-time fixes.
• Complete safety checks, certification and documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service during visits.
• Participate in on-call rota for emergency repairs.
• Manage vehicle stock, materials and equipment.
• Work safely and in line with Gas Safe procedures.
