Qualifications
- Eight+ years of experience in the gas industry.
- ACS proof of competence.
- Broad knowledge of gas industry standards.
- Strong health and safety knowledge and regulatory awareness.
- Excellent customer service and clear communication.
- Ability to gather information and use evidence for decisions.
- Strong prioritisation and time management under pressure.
- Familiarity with computer-based systems.
Responsibilities
- Respond to enquiries from stakeholders with clear technical guidance.
- Provide information on gas safety and ACS matters.
- Support other departments with accurate technical guidance.
- Research and write technical articles and bulletins.
- Keep up to date with industry changes and regulations.
- Provide cover across technical areas to maintain high service standards.
- Promote Gas Safe Register positively within the industry.
