You will oversee training for gas engineers and operators, ensuring qualifications and competencies meet industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong gas industry background, experience delivering structured training programmes and a proactive approach to safety and compliance.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in a Training Manager or similar role in the gas industry.
• Strong background in technical training, competency, and safety compliance.
• Knowledge of gas industry regulations and safety standards.
• Proven ability to design structured training pathways and validation results.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement and manage technical training programmes for engineers and operators.
• Design structured training pathways to support development and progression.
• Coordinate training schedules, resources and delivery to meet operations.
• Maintain competency assessment frameworks and training records.
• Ensure training aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
