Job summary

TXM Recruit is seeking a Gas Repair Engineer to work on pre-planned jobs in customer homes across the UK, diagnosing and repairing gas appliances and heating systems. The role is based in Bolton with a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, and some summer/winter hour variations.

Salary is £46,250 plus a guaranteed first-year bonus of £1,500. Overtime is available. Company van, tools, and uniform provided along with a strong progression and training path.

• Diagnosing faults on boilers and central heating systems
• Carrying out repairs to restore heating and hot water
• Carrying out boiler services
• Completing safety checks and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Managing jobs independently while delivering excellent customer service
• Representing HomeServe in customers’ homes with professionalism and care

Gas Repair Engineer – IND1

TXM Recruit are supporting one of the UKs leading emergency repair companies nationally on a large recruitment drive for new engineers.

The successful engineer will be working pre-planned jobs in customer homes diagnosing and repairing gas appliances and heating systems.

Salary - £46,250 + Bonus guaranteed in first year! (£1,500)

Location – Bolton

40 hours per week from Monday - Friday (annualized hours so some shorter in summer and some longer in winter)

Flexibility with weekends and evenings depending on the job.
