Sureserve Compliance South is recruiting a Gas Engineer to join our team. You will carry out day-to-day gas repairs, fault finding and annual service visits within social housing schemes across London and the South East.

You will hold valid ACS and related gas qualifications, plus a Full UK Driving Licence. Experience in social housing and strong customer service skills are valued. Expect a supportive environment with progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications.
• Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points).
• Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential.
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service.
• Ability to work with a diverse customer base.

Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Gas Engineer to join our growing team, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Carrying out day-to-day repairs
• Fault finding
• Completing annual servicing visits
• Meeting first-time fix targets
• Maintaining high-quality standards
• Focusing on customer satisfaction
• Attending jobs on time, notifying the contact centre/customer of any delays

The successful candidate will have

• Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications
• Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)
• Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service
• The ability to work with a diverse customer base
