Salary: £35,875 - £45,000 (with £45,000 being the average of OTE inc. callout).

Qualifications

• CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1 and CKR1 gas qualifications are essential.
• Valid UK driving licence is required.
• Previous practical experience in domestic gas maintenance.
• Solid understanding of gas safety regulations and industry standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Professional and friendly attitude with the ability to build relationships with clients and tenants.

• Carry out service and maintenance works on domestic gas heating systems across the region.
• Ensure high levels of customer care with clients and tenants to meet quality standards.
• Communicate updates and progress, completing paperwork electronically and manually.

Salary:

£35,875 - £45,000 (with £45,000 being the average of OTE inc. callout)

Oldham covering OL1-0L9 areas

Working pattern:

Monday to Friday with on-call requirements
Holiday entitlement : 20 + Bank Holidays (increases with service)

About the role

Responsible for ensuring heating and hot water systems are operating safely, efficiently and reliably, helping customers stay comfortable in their homes. You'll diagnose faults, complete repairs, carry out planned maintenance, and provide a high standard of workmanship while delivering excellent customer service at every visit.

What you'll be doing

• Carry out service and maintenance works on a variety of domestic properties across the region
• Ensuring high levels of customer care in dealing with clients and tenants to meet the required quality standards
• Communicate updates and progress of work, completing the required paperwork electronically and manually

What we're looking for

• Valid domestic and/or commercial gas qualifications. As a minimum, successful candidates must have the following: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1

• Previous practical experience in gas maintenance within a domestic capacity
• Solid understanding of gas safety regulations and industry standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
