Job summary

Example Recruitment Group is recruiting on behalf of a heating contractor for an ongoing contract in Birmingham. You will perform landlord gas safety checks and central heating repairs as a self-employed technician, with a minimum commitment of three days per week.

Job description

Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a heating contractor operating within the local authority sector. They require self-employed heating engineers for an ongoing contract with a local housing association.

Contract Details:

Location: Birmingham

Contract: Housing Association

Work Type: Landlord Gas Safety Checks and Central Heating Repairs

Commitment: Minimum 3 days per week

Contract Length: Ongoing

Payment terms: Weekly one week in arrears.

Rates:

• £23.48 per Landlord Gas Safety Record
• £30.44 per repair (parts provided)
• Plus winter incentive of £40.00 per day if engineer commits to 5 days per week (additional £200.00 per week) effective until end of February 2026
