Job summary

Niyaa People is seeking a Gas Engineer for a permanent, full-time role delivering servicing, safety inspections and boiler installations across communities in North Somerset.

You will diagnose faults, carry out repairs, upgrade central heating systems and provide excellent customer service in residents' homes, using a tablet-based reporting system.

Qualifications

Join a well-established housing provider, on a permanent, full-time contract as a Gas Engineer, carrying out servicing, safety inspections, repairs and heating installations across communities in North Somerset.

The Gas Engineer role is offering:

• £41,442 per annum

As a Gas Engineer, you will be:

• Carrying out annual gas servicing and safety inspections
• Diagnosing faults and completing gas maintenance repairs
• Installing and upgrading central heating systems
• Completing boiler replacements and associated works
• Ensuringall work meets relevant gas safety legislation and regulations
• Providing excellent customer service while working in residents' homes
• Using a tablet-based systemto manage jobs and complete reports

• Relevant qualifications in domestic gas engineering
• Current gas industry registrations and certifications
• OTEC registration (desirable but not essential)
• An understanding of Health & Safety legislation
• Experience carrying out gas servicing, repairs and boiler installations
