Job summary

Niyaa People is seeking a permanent Gas Engineer to service social housing properties across Huntingdon and surrounding areas. The package includes a company van, fuel card, tools, PPE and uniform from day one, with a consistent workload and overtime opportunities.

You will carry out gas servicing, maintenance and installations in tenanted and void properties, join a call-out rota when required, and work either independently or as part of a trades team while ensuring safety and compliance and

Qualifications

• Gas Safe registration required.
• Domestic ACS certification preferred.
• Experience delivering gas services in social housing or property maintenance.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Completing gas servicing, maintenance and installations in tenanted and void properties.
• Part of call out rota when required.
• Working independently or as part of a trades team.
• Engaging with tenants.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Gas Engineer looking for consistent work within domestic properties, completing gas servicing, maintenance and installations.

As a Gas Engineer, you will be:

Location & travel

This Gas Engineerposition covers Huntingdon and surrounding areas. With a van and fuel card provided, you’ll be able to travel between properties without using your own vehicle.
