Job summary

Niyaa People is seeking a Gas Engineer for a permanent role covering Huntingdon and surrounding areas. The role includes a company van, fuel card, tools, uniform and PPE from day one, with a consistent workload and opportunities for overtime.

You will perform gas servicing, maintenance and installations in tenanted and void properties, participate in call-out rota, and work either independently or within a trades team while ensuring safety standards and tenant engagement.

Qualifications

• Gas Safe registration required.
• Domestic ACS certification preferred.
• Experience working in social housing or property maintenance.
• Full UK driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform gas servicing, maintenance and installations in tenanted and void properties.
• On-call rota as required.
• Work independently or as part of a trades team.
• Engage with tenants and maintain safety and compliance standards.

As a Gas Engineer, you will be:

• Completing gas servicing, maintenance and installations in tenanted and void properties
• Part of call out rota when required
• Working independently or as part of a trades team
• Engaging with tenants
• Maintaining safety and compliance standards whilst completing work
