Example Recruitment Group Ltd is partnering with a leading national heating contractor to recruit experienced, self-employed Gas Engineers for long-term installation work across the Merseyside area.

They can offer part-time (min 3 days per commitment) opportunities with a consistent workload. Earnings are approx £350.00 per day, with weekly pay and comprehensive local work planned within a 1-hour radius from home.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience as a qualified heating engineer.
• Gas Safe Registration and ACS Qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Install boilers and perform system upgrades.
• Carry out long-term installation work across Merseyside.
• Ensure work meets safety and regulatory standards.

Job description

Example Recruitment Group Ltd is partnering with a leading national heating contractor to recruit experienced, self-employed Gas Engineers for long-term installation work across the Merseyside area.

They can offer part-time (min 3 days per commitment) opportunities with a consistent workload.

What’s on Offer

• Earnings: approx. £350.00 per day (price-work based)
• All jobs pre-surveyed
• Local work planned in within a 1-hour radius from home address
• Materials: fully supplied and delivered to site
• Work Type: boiler installations, including swaps and system upgrades/conversions
• Wiring: completed by a qualified electrician
• Waste/Scrap: collected from site
• Contract Length: ongoing
• Payment: weekly pay (one week in hand)

Requirements

• 2 years’ experience as a qualified heating engineer
• Van with bulkhead (plain or sign-written)
• Gas Safe Registration
• In-date ACS Qualifications
• Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser
• Powerflush Machine
• Access ladders to reach gutter level, an A-frame, and hop up that conforms to BS EN 131 standards.
• £2m public Liability Insurance
• Clean DBS check
