Job summary

Example Recruitment Group is recruiting on behalf of a national heating contractor in the private sector. They require self-employed heating engineers for an ongoing installation contract in the Greater Manchester area.

They offer part-time or full-time work on an ongoing basis with consistent guaranteed work all year round. Rates are circa £300-£400 per day; materials are supplied and delivered to site. Boiler installations incl. swaps, conversions/upgrades are the core tasks.

Qualifications

• Gas Safe Registration is mandatory.
• ACS qualifications must be up to date.
• DBS check completed and valid.
• Van is required (plain or sign written).
• In-date ACS qualifications and public liability cover are requested.

Responsibilities

• Boiler installations including swaps, conversions and upgrades.
• Wiring tasks are to be completed by a qualified electrician.
• Waste and scrap materials are collected and disposed of from site.
• Materials are supplied and delivered to site.

• Rates: circa £300-£400.00 per day based pricework
• Materials: Supplied and delivered to site
• Work Type: Boiler installations incl. swaps, conversions/upgrades
• Wiring: Completed by a qualified electrician
• Waste/Scrap: Collected and disposed of from site
• Contract Length: Ongoing
• Payment terms: Weekly pay one week in hand
