Kier Group is seeking a Ganger to join the Highways team in Wellingborough. You will lead a small crew to maintain the highway network, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to PUWER and Kier standards.
The role operates Monday to Friday on a full-time basis, with a salary in the £29k–£35k range and additional call-out and overtime opportunities. The role requires SMSTS/SSSTS or similar qualifications, NRSWA Operative status, and a full driving licence.

Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire
Contract: Full time, 40 hours per week , Monday to Friday
Salary: £29,641.01 to £34,946.27 depending on experience + call out + overtime

As Ganger you'll be working within our maintenance team, supporting them in leading a small team to carry out a range of tasks to ensure the effective maintenance of the highway network across North Northamptonshire.
