Kier Group in Thatcham is seeking a Highway Maintenance Operative to join Area 3 highways crew. This permanent full-time role offers daily daytime hours and a focus on safe, high-quality road maintenance.
You will carry out winter maintenance, respond to incidents, operate a range of plant and equipment, and keep accurate records while working closely with peers and subcontractors to uphold safety and customer service standards.

Hours: Permanent full time, Monday to Friday - days.
Salary:£13.45 to £16.40 per hour depending on qualifications and experience, plus overtime, standby and call out
