Job summary

Redline Group Ltd is seeking a Customer Integration Engineer to join a growing Customer Engineering team. Based in Crawley with hybrid working, you will support the adoption of gaming platforms, embedded systems, and software solutions across EMEA and other markets.

You will manage the full integration journey with customers, from onboarding to production readiness, troubleshooting across hardware, OS, and software, and delivering workshops and demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on engineer with experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Customer Integration Engineer or similar.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows and Linux, with logs, drivers, services and configuration.
• Experience with embedded systems or hardware/software integration is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in one or more languages (C, C++, C#, Python) and ability to read/modify scripts or example code.
• Familiarity with interfaces including USB, serial, TCP/IP, PCIe and GPIO would be beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers throughout evaluation, onboarding, integration and production readiness.
• Investigate and resolve complex issues across hardware, operating systems and software.
• Troubleshoot Windows and Linux environments, including logs, drivers, services and configuration.
• Support OS image creation, system configuration, peripherals and external device integration.
• Deliver technical workshops, onboarding sessions, product demonstrations and technical guidance.
• Develop and maintain integration tools, scripts, utilities and example code.
• Support integration testing, benchmarking and system validation.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and integration guides.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to escalate issues and provide feedback.
• Support pre-sales and technical marketing activities where required.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and tooling.
