Redline Group Ltd is seeking a hands-on Field Applications Engineer in Crawley, West Sussex. The role involves working with customers through evaluation, onboarding, integration and production readiness, troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues and developing integration tools to improve customer experience.

You will collaborate with Software, Firmware, FPGA and Product teams to enhance integration tools, create technical documentation and support OS provisioning workflows.

• Strong troubleshooting across Windows/Linux systems.
• Experience with embedded systems/hardware and software integration.
• Ability to read/modify scripts and code.

• Work directly with customers during evaluation, onboarding, integration and production readiness.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues across platforms.
• Reproduce issues, gather evidence and coordinate with Engineering/Product teams.
• Deliver technical workshops, onboarding sessions and product demonstrations.
• Configure Windows and Linux environments on embedded platforms and validate OS images.
