Job summary
Waythrough in England is seeking a Complex Needs Practitioner - Gambling to manage a diverse caseload and provide high-quality, holistic support to individuals experiencing gambling-related needs.
Working across the community and with multi-agency partners, you will deliver tailored psychosocial interventions, develop personalised recovery plans and help people reduce risk and build resilience.

Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of individuals experiencing gambling-related harm and complex needs.
- Build positive, trusting relationships with service users and their families where appropriate.
- Complete comprehensive assessments, care plans, reviews and aftercare support.
- Deliver psychosocial and person-centred interventions to address gambling-related needs.
- Develop personalised recovery plans focused on meaningful outcomes.
- Identify and manage risk, including safeguarding concerns.
- Provide harm-reduction interventions and promote resilience and wellbeing.
- Engage with health, social care, housing, employment, education and community services.
- Collaborate with voluntary and statutory agencies and health professionals.
