Job summary

Morson Group is partnering with a leading digital consultancy to scale a high-profile delivery team supporting a major Central Government department. We’re seeking a GA4 Performance Analyst to analyse digital journeys, user behaviour and service performance, turning data into clear insights that help improve government digital services.

You’ll analyse digital performance with GA4, identify trends and opportunities, build and maintain dashboards, and use SQL to extract data.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Performance Analyst / Digital Analyst.
• Strong hands-on GA4 / Google Analytics experience.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience in UK Central Government / public sector environments (essential).
• Experience with GDS standards and Agile delivery teams.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical audiences.

Rate: Up to £400 per day (Outside IR35)
Duration: 12 months +

Location: Hybrid - Manchester or London
On-site: 1 day every 2 weeks at your local hub
