Job summary

Futureheads is seeking a Digital Performance Analyst to support a major public sector digital service programme on a contract basis with an immediate start. The role is remote in the UK and carries a daily rate up to £500, with an initial contract through December and potential extension.

The candidate will bring expertise in analytics platforms, KPI/OKR definition, and turning complex data into actionable insights while adhering to security and data privacy standards.

Digital Performance Analyst Remote | Up to 500/day | SC Cleared
We're working with a large public sector organisation seeking a Digital Performance Analyst to support a major digital service programme on an initial contract through to December, with potential extension.
Key Skills Required:

• Experience working within UK Government / GDS environments
• Experience working in Agile delivery teams
• Google Analytics, Splunk, Datadog, or similar analytics platforms
• Building performance dashboards using Data Studio or equivalent
• Defining and measuring KPIs/OKRs
• Turning complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or Power Query
• Python or R
• Security and data privacy knowledge
• Experience recommending service improvements

Requirements:

• Active SC Clearance
• Up to £500 per day
• Immediate start
• Initial contract until December with possible extension
