Job summary

Morson Edge is partnering with a public sector client to deliver a GA4 performance analytics function. This role focuses on analysing digital journeys, user behaviour, and service performance to drive improvements in government digital services.

The successful candidate will work within Agile teams, bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders, with hybrid locations in Manchester or London and on-site visits as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Performance/Digital Analyst.
• Strong hands-on Google Analytics/GA4 experience.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience in UK Central Government/public sector.
• Experience with GDS standards and Agile delivery.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to translate complex data for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyse digital performance, web traffic and user journeys using GA4.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve digital services.
• Build and maintain performance reporting and dashboards.
• Use SQL to query, manipulate and extract data.
• Translate datasets into clear insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate within Agile delivery teams and GDS standards.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders across teams.
