Job summary

ADLIB Recruitment | B Corp™ is hiring a Digital Analyst to own GA4 analytics across our growing retail business, driving ecommerce and marketing performance.

You’ll work in the central analytics team, collaborating with ecommerce, marketing and commercial stakeholders, with autonomy to shape how digital insight informs decisions and optimises conversion. The role is hybrid in the UK with a salary of £60,000–£70,000 and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Several years of strong commercial experience using GA4.
• Proficient in SQL with ability to translate insights into actions.
• Experience measuring ROI across digital channels and supporting optimisation initiatives.
• Experience supporting A/B testing and experimentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable business insight.
• Experience in retail/ecommerce or consumer-focused businesses is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of digital analytics and help stakeholders make better decisions through data, focusing on GA4 and website performance.
• Analyse digital activity, measure ROI, support A/B testing programmes and identify conversion opportunities.
• Translate complex findings into clear insights that drive action across ecommerce, marketing and commercial teams.
