Job summary

Currency Exchange Corporation (CEC), part of the Fexco Group, is recruiting a Sales Advisor for No1 Currency in Dundee. This is a permanent part-time Saturday role, averaging 7.5 hours per week, with potential overtime.

The role offers £13 per hour and benefits, with the candidate often working alone in-store but supported by a friendly team. You will identify customer needs, aim to meet and exceed sales targets, handle cash, cross-sell services, and ensure the store meets standards and security

Qualifications

• Demonstrable excellent customer service experience, ideally in a cash handling environment.
• Experience working with foreign currencies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and deliver customer requirements to maximise sales.
• Achieve and where possible exceed individual and team sales and service targets.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell various products and services.
• Effective and accurate cash handling and reconciliation.
• Ensure the store meets all operational standards and presentation requirements.
• Adhere to Company Policies including Health and Safety, AML and Security.
• Handle customer queries/complaints professionally to a satisfactory conclusion.
• Answer telephone calls promptly and professionally.
• Undertake marketing initiatives to promote the Bureau and increase brand awareness.
• Ensure all POS and company materials are displayed correctly.
