Job summary

Fexco Group in Epsom is seeking a Sales Advisor for the No1 Currency store. This permanent part-time role averages 21 hours per week, with day shifts on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Overtime to cover holidays and other local stores may be available.

You will identify customer needs, maximise sales, handle cash and promote currency services. You’ll work largely alone, supported by a friendly team, with a competitive £13.00 per hour and benefits.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable excellent customer service experience ideally obtained in a cash handling environment
• Experience of working with foreign currencies is preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify and deliver customer requirements, meeting and exceeding their needs and maximising sales
• Achieve and where possible exceeding individual and team sales and service targets
• Identify opportunities to cross sell various products and services
• Effective and accurate cash handling and reconciliation
• Ensure the store meets all operational standards and the highest levels of presentation are always maintained
• Adhere to all Company Policies including Health and Safety, AML and Security
• Deal professionally and knowledgeably with all customer complaints/queries ensuring a satisfactory conclusion
• Ensure telephone calls are answered in a prompt, polite and professional manner
• Undertake marketing initiatives to promote the Bureau and increase brand awareness
• Ensure all point of sale and company material is displayed correctly and in working order
