Job summary

Regent FE, a London-based financial services firm, seeks seasoned and junior Business Development professionals to grow the FX, currency management, and payments book.

Based in Mayfair with hybrid work, you will build new client relationships, manage the sales pipeline, and coordinate with risk and compliance. This role offers uncapped earning potential via commissions and requires strong networking in regulated sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, account development, or relationship management in the payments/banking sector.
• Demonstrated sales success and ability to operate within a regulated environment.
• Great networking skills and demonstratable success in building a network.
• Proactive and dedicated, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to representing the bank effectively.

Responsibilities

• Grow FX and payments sales by identifying new clients, from outreach to closure and onboarding.
• Independently develop and execute business development strategies with updates in internal systems.
• Provide outstanding customer service and offer solutions to typical client challenges.
• Foster relationships with clients and internal risk/compliance teams.
• Engage in industry events and networking to support sales and relationships.
• Opportunity to develop a junior sales team, but not compulsory.
