Job summary

JustQuant is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager for FX & International Payments based in Canary Wharf. You will build and manage your own client book, driving growth in an ambitious, fast-paced market.

With 2-3 years in FX sales or international payments, you will leverage an uncapped commission and lifetime earnings on retained clients, supported by a flexible, micromanagement-free environment and state-of-the-art office facilities.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in FX sales or international payments.
• Proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and onboarding new clients through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation.
• Managing client relationships to maximize revenue and retention.
• Attending industry events and meetings to expand business opportunities.
• Making outbound calls, booking meetings, and pitching FX solutions to prospective clients.
• Staying up to date with FX markets and industry trends to provide informed solutions.
