Job summary

Revolut is seeking an FX forwards Product Sales Executive to build and drive a sales pipeline across the Nordics, Baltics and RoEEA. You’ll bring product expertise to the Sales team and help close complex opportunities by cross-selling to Revolut’s existing customers and prospects.

Work independently to grow a pipeline while communicating the FX forward value proposition and developing the team’s knowledge of derivatives in a fast-paced fintech culture.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required.
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
• Clear articulation when speaking on the phone.
• Experience selling FX forward products in a non-bank environment.
• Demonstrable commercial experience, particularly in telesales.
• Genuine interest in developing a career within a high-performing sales culture.

Responsibilities

• Build and close a customer pipeline independently.
• Prospect across Revolut Business customers with a solution-based approach.
• Communicate Revolut's FX forward value proposition to Nordic, Baltic and RoEEA prospects.
• Develop confidence and expertise in FX derivatives within the Sales team.
• Share knowledge to maximize pipeline opportunities.
• Meet and exceed sales targets defined by management.
