CTRG is seeking a Funeral Care Centre Assistant in Watford for weekday shifts. The role involves preparing coffins, cleaning vehicles, moving ceremonial cars within the Care Centre grounds, and supporting housekeeping duties.

Strong empathy and discretion are essential to support clients at their time of need. Applicants must hold a Full UK Manual Driving License and demonstrate good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Clean Funeralcare vehicles daily, including polish and wax routines.
• Move ceremonial vehicles within the Care Centre grounds (no public road driving).
• Assist with housekeeping in public and private areas; report maintenance needs.
• Fully prepare coffins for ceremonies.
• Handle floral tributes with care.
• Report to the Care Logistics Management team; follow instructions.
