Job summary

Vanguard Europe is seeking a Disclosure Analyst to support the delivery, review, quality control and maintenance of fund and regulatory disclosures. You will collaborate with Senior Disclosure Specialist and business partners to ensure accuracy, timeliness and audit-ready evidence.

The role covers trackers, version control, and documentation governance across prospectuses, UCITS KIIDs, PRIIPs KIDs, SFDR and related fund materials, with a hybrid working model in the majority of our crew.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Experience in asset management, regulatory operations or fund documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review technical documents accurately.

Responsibilities

• Supports disclosure production, review and maintenance activities across key regulatory and fund disclosure documents.
• Performs first-line quality control and editorial review for consistency and accuracy.
• Maintains disclosure trackers, logs and document repositories to support governance and auditability.
