We're looking for an experienced trusts and foundations fundraiser to join our ambitious and growing fundraising team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape high-value funding opportunities, manage key funder relationships and support the future growth of England and Wales’ leading kinship care charity.
At Kinship, we support relatives and friends who step up to raise children when their parents are unable to do so. Through advice, peer support, research, policy and campaigning, we help kinship families get the recognition and support they need. We are made by and for our community of kinship carers and are committed to creating lasting change for kinship families across England and Wales.
As our Fundraising Manager, you'll play a key role in growing income from trusts, foundations and the National Lottery. You'll develop high-quality funding applications, identify and secure new funding opportunities, steward key funder relationships and help shape the future growth of our fundraising programme. You'll also support and line manage our Senior Fundraising Officer, helping to maximise our fundraising impact and reach.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, values-led organisation and use your fundraising expertise to help ensure kinship carers and the children they raise receive the support and recognition they need.
At Kinship, our vision is a society in which kinship carers and the children they care for are recognised, valued and supported. We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive and bring their authentic selves to work. We offer flexible working, learning and development opportunities, employee wellbeing support and the chance to be part of a passionate, values-led team making a real difference to families across England and Wales.
