Are you an ambitious fundraising professional with the drive to make a real difference? Do you have the vision, creativity and leadership skills to turn opportunities into sustainable growth?
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and commercially minded Fundraising Manager to join a growing charity dedicated to supporting children and young people with additional needs, disabilities and life-limiting conditions, alongside their families.
With demand for its services continuing to grow, the organisation is looking for an inspiring fundraising leader who can develop new income streams, strengthen existing partnerships and play a pivotal role in shaping its future.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands‑on involvement and wants to see the direct impact of their work.
You’ll be joining a passionate and supportive team, with the opportunity to bring fresh ideas, influence key decisions and make a genuine difference to the lives of thousands of families.
Experience across multiple fundraising income streams would be particularly advantageous, especially corporate partnerships, trusts and foundations, major donors, community fundraising or digital campaigns.
Experience working with volunteers, supporting vulnerable families or within disability‑related services would also be beneficial.
A relevant degree or professional fundraising qualification would be welcomed, although proven experience, achievements and the right approach are equally valued.
This isn't simply about maintaining existing fundraising activity. It's an opportunity to take ownership, introduce new ideas and help build a sustainable future for an organisation making a meaningful difference every day.
You’ll have the opportunity to influence strategy, develop a growing team and see the positive impact of your achievements first‑hand.
We would also welcome interest from experienced Fundraisers and Senior Fundraisers who could contribute to the continued development of the fundraising team. Both full‑time and part‑time arrangements may be considered, depending on experience and the needs of the organisation.
If you’re an ambitious fundraising professional looking for an opportunity where your ideas, leadership and achievements can make a lasting difference, we would love to hear from you.
We appreciate the time and effort invested in your application.
While we strive to respond to all applicants promptly, we kindly ask for your understanding in case of delays. If you do not hear from us within 10 days of submitting your application, please assume that, unfortunately, you have not been successful this time.
