Liberis is seeking a Customer Operations Executive for the Funding Team. You will own the customer journey from submission to funding, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring a smooth experience across Sales, Underwriting and our funding partners.

This role is ideal for a graduate or early-career professional looking to build experience in fintech and SME finance within a fast-growing international business.

Qualifications

• Native-level European Spanish and fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage a live pipeline of 50–60 customer submissions from submission to funding.
• Review submissions from Sales, collect documents, and verify accuracy before passing to Underwriting.
• Act as the customer's main contact, keeping them informed at every stage and answering questions.
• Chase customers to sign contracts and resolve hesitations that could delay funding.
• Liaise with funding partners to apply the agreed split so the customer can be funded.
• Work with Sales, Underwriting and Partner teams to keep cases moving and flag blockers early.
• Share feedback from customers and partners to improve processes.
