Job summary

Funding Circle in London is hiring a Customer Operations Executive to support the Sales & Operations Channels. You’ll deliver customer value by handling inquiries via email or phone and updating the Salesforce CRM so loan applications move smoothly from application to offer.

You’ll build strong relationships with 3rd party suppliers and internal teams, support reporting with accurate data, and proactively identify risks to help improve processes. Hybrid role with 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Respond to inbound enquiries via phone or email.
• Update Salesforce CRM with loan application information.
• Develop strong working relationships with 3rd party suppliers and FC internal departments.
• Support Direct business reporting with accurate data.

Responsibilities

• Answer borrower questions via phone or email.
